Formerly a stable this small Barn has been beautifully restored to a very high standard and retains original features, beams throughout and a bespoke staircase. It offers comfortable living accommodation for a couple, or couple and a baby. Tastefully decorated, it has a living room with beams and a chimney with imitation wood-burner stove, original manger and racking, fully fitted oak kitchen with washing machine and dining area. Hand built stairs to mezzanine area with separate double bedroom with lovely beams and beamed shower room with wc and basin.

Information for the Barn
Security deposit of £100 / 100€ for the Barn – paid by cheque on arrival and returned 1 week after you depart. The unheated splash pool is located at the cottages in Ergny and is used only by guests staying at Rose Cottage and the Barn and is open from June until the end of September Each cottage is equipped with free WiFi, TV via Freeview Sat and a DVD player (with selection of DVDs available) as well as teak outside dining table and chairs, sun loungers to share and parasol. There is a BBQ provided for each cottage.
Towels and all house and bed linen are included for all properties but not pool towels for Rose Cottage or The Barn. Travel cot and highchair and baby bath are available on request free of charge. Electric, gas and water are all provided free of charge. We also provide a welcome pack of fresh croissants, and fresh flowers and a nice bottle of wine to enjoy for all cottages.
All cottages are strictly non-smoking, although you can smoke outside.
The Barn and Rose Cottage can be rented together to accommodate a larger group on site in Ergny or all 3 can be rented for a larger group. Coq Rouge is 4km away from The Barn and Rose Cottage.
If you are celebrating something special then champagne, chocolates and flowers can be arranged and for Christmas, tasteful decorations are available.

To really help you unwind, I am a qualified Aromatherapy Massage Therapist so can offer a relaxing massage in either the cottage or my therapy room at Ergny.
Crafters can also enjoy on-site knitting classes where you can learn to knit a small project to take away with you, all materials provided.
